Introduction of nine core electronic MP3 high quality voice module

1, Module introduction:

At present, the development of consumer electronics and public utilities is very rapid. The demand for all kinds of hints and leisure music is getting higher and higher. The traditional voice chip cannot meet the requirements. Even the ISD voice chip that is recognized cannot keep up the pace. Because of this, our company has developed a high quality voice and music player module and its supporting software. The playback module has a variety of working modes: standard interface, SPI interface, key interface, parallel interface; the highest bit rate can be 128Kbps, flash capacity has 1M, 2M, 4M, 8M available, the sound quality is not inferior to the current popular MP3 player, and even can be compared with CD; if 64Kbps bit rate, 1M flas H capacity can play 2 minutes of voice files, and the sound quality is several times better than that of ISD voice chip. Through software settings, you can play up to 500 segments of voice or music. This module also has a high-speed SPI interface with peripherals, which makes the module well embedded into our electronic products and becomes a real embedded voice module.

1) Interface description between module and control panel (see front view of module)

The interface identifier looks at the following pictures, and I do not mention commonly used signs such as +12V, +5V and GND. The other signs are as follows:

AR - right acoustic channel audio output
AL - left channel audio output
RST - reset signal input
MISO - data output port
MOSI - data input port
SCL - clock signal input
SS - selective signal input
PRO - programming signals (high efficiency)

2) Specification and electrical parameters of the module:
SIZE - 50mm X 36mm
Working voltage - +5V
Programming voltage - +12V
Working current - less than 60 mA
Output audio VPP -- 2V (1Kohm load)
Audio output can drive the headphones directly.

2, module operation mode (the following mode of operation is not intrinsic to the module, but is set by HMP software). 1) Standard interface mode: the standard mode can play 500 songs under the standard mode, with 4 keys: shift, play, previous, next; each button corresponding module interface and its definition are as follows:
Shift -- the corresponding module MISO port
Play -- the corresponding module MOSI port
Previous -- the corresponding module SCL port
Next -- the corresponding module SS port
Shift: as a combination key, its functions are as follows:
Stop         Shift + play
Volume -        Shift + previous
Volume +       Shift + next
 

Play: it is playback / pause key, it plays a pause function while playing, and it plays a function when it is suspended or stopped.

Previous: it is the first key (selected for music).

Next: it is the next key (selected for music).

(4 keystrokes have weak pull up resistors, and keys are low effective).

2) SPI interface mode: SPI mode can play 500 songs at most, and each control interface corresponds to module interface as follows:

Clock (CLK) - corresponding module SCL port

Data (DATA) -- the corresponding module MOSI port

CS -- the corresponding module SS port

3) Key mode: the most can play 4 songs under the key mode. There are four kinds of control modes: pulse repeatable trigger, pulse non repeatable trigger, level holding and non-level holding. Each button corresponding to the module interface is as follows:

K4 - the corresponding module SS port,

K3 - the corresponding module SCL port,

K2 - the corresponding module MOSI port,

K1 - the corresponding module MISO port,

4) 4 parallel port mode: the parallel port mode can play 15 songs at most, and the voice address is allocated from 00H to 0EH and 0FH to stop. The address change module then plays the corresponding address corresponding to the address. If the address does not allocate the voice content, the module is mute and no audio output. The 4 bit address corresponding module interface is as follows:

Third bit - the corresponding module SS port,

Second bit - the corresponding module SCL port,

First bit - the corresponding module MOSI port,

Zeroth bit - the corresponding module MISO port,
